I worked at the CSA for 12 years, and after I moved on, I started to help people privately, to navigate and understand the system.  

This help has enabled me to work with parents for the past 10 years to move forward and work their way through the system, with a better understanding.

It is my goal to ensure all parents understand the rules and obligations so that like or dislike the system, they can navigate their way through it and make informed choices.

As a representative we can review all your letters, and as needed make calls to CSA where the laws allow and limit your personal CSA interactions.
